Healthy Harvest BBQ 2023

On August 19, Healthy Harvest hosted a barbeque at the Edgewood on Plymouth location. This barbeque was an opportunity for the community, church members, and families involved with Healthy Harvest to gather and enjoy a meal with one another. Many children from the neighborhood came to play games, eat food, and meet a few positive mentors.

There were nearly 90 people who came to eat and enjoy live performances from a few local Christian rappers; Mc Ron G, Cuevas Walker, and Darius Walker. During the entertainment, the individuals performing gave an encouraging word about the love of Jesus and how we can be transformed upon receiving Him. Many people were interested in attending Edgewood and becoming involved with Healthy Harvest ministry. This barbeque connected the church with the community to encourage and uplift individuals towards Jesus. This event will be a positive annual event for Healthy Harvest and something for Edgewood to look forward to!
